"Right is right only when entire."
Victor Hugo
Reflection: If you are missing something or someone in your life or even if you haven't fully completed your goals then life is not right.

"The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in DETERMINATION."
Tommy Lasorda
Reflection: This means that nothing is impossible if you are determined to do what you want to do. How far you go in life depends on how far you are willing to go.

"Go Confidently in the direction of your dreams, Live the life you have imagined."
Henry David Thoreau
Reflection: This means to go for your goals without fears only with strong force and ambition to make these dreams of yours come true.

Student Success Statement
"Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence.
TALENT will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.
Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.
Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."
President Calvin Coolidge
30th President of US(1872-1933)

Reflection: I believe this means that no matter how smart, talented, or educated you are; if you are not willing to keep on trying even when you have failed so many times then you will never be able to achieve your goals. Persistence is what makes champions out of losers.

The answers to these questions will determine your success or failure:
1.Can people trust me to do what's right?
2. Am I committed to doing my very best?
3. Do I treat people the way I want to be treated?
If the answers to these questions are YES, there is no way you can fail."
Lou Holtz
Reflection: Yes people can trust me, yes I am committed to doing my very best, and yes I treat people the way I want to be treated.

Mark Victor Hansen

Student Success Statement
"The best way to predict your future is to create it."
Charles Ketterer
Reflection: This means that you can't predict what your future will be like just by thinking about it. You have to choose what you want it to be and make it happen. For example if I want to be a doctor then I will have to work hard and take classes to be qualified as a doctor.

Student Success Statement
"Good thoughts bear good fruit. Bad thoughts bear bad fruit"

James Allen
Reflection: This is an example showing that if you have bad thoughts you would do bad things and be known for the bad things you have done. But if you have good thoughts you would be known for the good things you have done. In example, if a fruit is in bad conditions it will become a bad fruit but if it goes through good conditions it will be a good fruit and worthy for consumption.

Student Success Statement
"I wasn't trying to leave a legacy. I was trying to do what was right."
Reflection: This means that you should do the right thing whether you are awarded for it or acknowledged for doing it. In example if you see a person drop money from their pocket but they didn't notice, you will return that money not because you are hoping to get rewarded but because it is the right thing to do.

Student Success Statement
"You cannot do wrong and feel right. It is impossible."
Ezra T. Benson
Reflection:What Ezra is trying to say is that we are not meant to do wrong and feel good about it. It is impossible. In example if you break something in a store and deny of doing it, you will and not feel right about yourself. Your conscience won't let you feel right when you have done wrong.
