Reflection: This means that you should do the right thing whether you are awarded for it or acknowledged for doing it. In example if you see a person drop money from their pocket but they didn't notice, you will return that money not because you are hoping to get rewarded but because it is the right thing to do.

Reflection: This means that even if you have the best education in the world, if you are not able to correspond in a positive way then the education would have been a waste.
